DESIGN COMPETITION - OFFICE COLLABORATION (CPL)
Senior Housing Competition is an architecture ideas competition dedicated to addressing the growing isolation experienced by our aging population. Its main goal is to develop unique housing systems that not only provide shelter for elderly residents but also actively integrate them into the social fabric of their communities. The isolation of seniors can lead to a loss of valuable knowledge, wisdom, and experience that could otherwise be shared with younger generations, contributing to the overall health and vitality of the community

DLX is an urban project aimed at revitalizing an urban area by creating a new center in the city of Torreon.
This is a strategic geographical location within Mexico, in the La Laguna Metropolitan Area. The goal is to generate a sustainable and vibrant hub of economic and social activity, focused on information technology and knowledge.

THESIS PROJECT
The Museum of Contemporary Art and the Center of Arts were conceived as a public space capable of shaping and adapting to different needs to host cultural and recreational activities and to promote culture and arts among the people in the city, especially in the neighborhoods surrounding the project.
