DLX welcomes a new urban center within the city, where mixed-use buildings coexist with work and research centers, entertainment, recreation, education, culture, and housing areas.

Sustainability, mobility, and the economy at the hand of technology and innovation seek solutions that generate economic spillovers, new jobs, coexistence, and social integration, new public and recreational spaces, new housing proposals, alternative transport systems and networks, and a better quality of life in the metropolitan area. 

DLX creates a synergy all in the same space,  giving life to a new way of creating community and making city-life.

In the areas surrounding the project and in the metropolitan area in general, there is a public green area likelihood problem. DLX responds to this problem with the proposal of a green infrastructure network that covers around 30% OF ITS EXTENSION (933,072.64 m²). The project resolves the flooding problem suffered by two polygons adjacent to the area.

It is intended that the water that normally stagnates in the streets be integrated into a system of canals where, through water treatment plants and filtration systems, the liquid is cleaned and integrated into a permanent body of water within the district that contributes to the care of biodiversity and the environment.

My collaboration in this project was present from the beginning, during the maturation of the original idea, research, consultation, and development, until reaching the result of the final urban design. Being one of the people in charge of the project, I coordinated the teammates, distributed the work and research teams, and was in charge of the elaboration of the urban model, presentations, and development.
